« Staff was grear »

« First room smelled like smoke, second one wasn’t much better. I didn’t like that whatever was under the sheets was bunched up. The sheets had pulls in them, the room looked rundown. The gym was bare bones and didn’t even have soap for the sink or sanitizer. The bathroom door didn’t fully shut. Overall I was very disappointed. »

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! « Staff was very friendly and seemed to care about the guests. The property is old and in our case the bathroom was pretty dingy. They need to clean walls, and recaulk the bath tubs. Also the drains drained very slow in the tub and sink. We also did not get breakfast on our last day and they had to supply us with chick fil a for breakfast on a Saturday because they didn’t get their typical food order in. The entire facility needs to be fixed and updated. »

« The stay was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they allowed a late checkout without any fees. The cons of staying here were that the cleaning service never cleaned our room, and we were there for 4 days. We had to keep asking for towels at the front desk. The refrigerator was very noisy, which made it harder to sleep if you like the quiet. The hotel itself needs updating. »

« The room was in very poor condition and clearly needs better maintenance. The curtain rod was broken, and the curtain kept opening, causing water to splash everywhere in the bathroom. The sink was almost clogged and drained very slowly, causing dirty water to splash back onto you while using it. The shampoo and conditioner were also very poor quality. « Hôtel propre et confortable, personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner inclus avec pas mal de choix mais qualité très moyenne. Attention, l’hôtel est loin du centre-ville d’Athens, compter 15 bonnes minutes de voiture. »

« It was ok but really need blackout curtains. Even with the shade down, it was bright. The tv or the remote didn’t work one of the nights but then it worked in the morning. The A/C unit was noisy/rattling so I had to use a white noise app. »
